Who is Rip Passy?

Rip Passy (like Rip Hamilton — not “rest in peace”) is a rising hip-hop artist from Antelope, CA, who first started making music in 2016 with nothing more than an iPad, Garageband, and a Snowball mic. Since those DIY beginnings, he's grown into a self-sufficient artist who writes, records, and produces all of his music.

With a raw, introspective style influenced by artists like Eminem, Logic, NF, Joyner Lucas, and Hopsin, Rip Passy uses his music to confront internal struggles, anxiety, racial injustice, and domestic violence.
